Drive company mission and vision. Organize resources to support company vision and deliver to the market. Manage the creative process from concept to completion, while simultaneously executing (ie: designing logo). Drive marketing vision and oversee marketing team to ensure cohesive forward facing communication. Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies. Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams. Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all collateral. Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met. Oversee profitability, deliverables, timelines and budgets. Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to the creative team. Manage and foster career growth of staff members, including designers, art directors, copywriters, photographers, web developers and yoga teachers. Teach yoga classes and lead the group through guided meditation.
